Leadership by Design: Using CAS and Learning Reconsidered for Intentional Leadership Programming

While there has been an increased focus on assessment and accountability in Student Affairs, it can be difficult to apply broad professional standards to specific student leadership programs. This session will focus on utilizing CAS standards and Learning Reconsidered learning outcomes to both develop learning outcomes for leadership programs and assess the success in meeting those outcomes. Participants will also engage in a dialogue about developing creative means of assessment for their own leadership programs.
