Besides taking a Google Plus tangent, we the #CTCX crew was able to discuss and learn some helpful tips from Brian to share with #SAgrads and Professionals who engage online with technology for their learning and development:
- Acknowledge (and own) your transition.
- Acknowledge the development and formation of your professional identity.
- Prepare to read and reflect.
- Reach out to new networks and resources, and ask for help.
- Enjoy where you are (and who you’re there with).
