In recent years many student affairs professionals have adopted social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc. in educationally relevant ways. Now that you’re utilizing social media tools, what can you do with them? Do you need a strategy? How can you create buy in from your supervisor and colleagues? Can you determine the success of social media?
In this webinar, participants will learn factors to consider when developing a social media strategy and discuss the various tones among personal, professional, and University accounts. Although a “best practice” may not exist, tips, real examples, and resources will be shared as means to help engage an audience. Finally, opportunities to measure and successfully integrate social media tools into your professional life will be discussed.
