We’re getting the gang back together for another topic show on Monday November 1st. We’re going to try not to gush about Google, but I think to promise it would be a poor decision.
Our topic for this week will be e-readers, e-readers and digital literacy.
We’d love to hear your opinions, especially if you own an e-reader or tablet PC, and especially if you use one professionally.
Also, personal plug…we’d love to get to try one….for free. Tweet us and we’ll give you an address.
Here are a few texts that I’m sure we’ll be discussing…
- NY Times take on e-readers with college students
- Wall Street Journal on how e-readers and e-texts will change us
- Edutopia on INCREASING student engagement by getting rid of textbooks
Join us at 8PM eastern (monday 11/1) at http://breakdrink.com/live
You can reach us at (646) 652-2342.
We’d also love to hear from you on Twitter, just add the hashtag #ctc or in our chat room at http://breakdrink.com/live
The Campus Tech Connections podcast can be listen to live Monday 7:00 pm (CST) on the BreakDrink Live page, on Itunes anytime, or on the BlogTalk Radio page for BreakDrink.
